Donna uses several pain management techniques with her clients.  Among them are visualization techniques, direct suggestion and 5-PATH® insight based hypnosis.  After the initial consultation and understanding of the client’s condition, a custom approach is selected for the client.

Visualization techniques involve visualizing the pain and then increasing the level of pain by making the visualization larger and/or more vivid, then decreasing the level of pain by making the visualization smaller and less vivid.  Clients are amazed how they can control the pain with their minds.  Those insights gives clients the realization they can facilitate improvement with the power of their thoughts.  Hypnosis gives clients the power of control.*

Direct suggestion techniques include suggesting the pain is diminishing or has been eliminated because of the hypnosis session. This approach is usually combined with visualization techniques.

Insight based hypnosis is very effective by uncovering and neutralizing the root cause of the pain.*
